Examining the result2244 viewsHere we are looking at the result, and finding that the motors had NOT pressed far enough into the coupler.
We had a 1/2" of extra space to deal with.
We were going to just add a 1/2" spacer, until we did some measuring, and found that the motors were NOT coupled straight. There was a definite wobble.

Putting coupler on 1st motor2663 viewsWe heated the coupler with a torch until it was VERY hot. Then we stil had to pound it down on the shaft.
Not a good sign.

Note that all wood-wood mounting is by gluing them together, and then using deck screws as well.

AC Power Schematic3582 viewsThis is the schematic for the AC inlet power.
There are both 120V (standard 20A plug) and 240V (CS6375) AC power inlets.
Each has a separate breaker, and only 1 breaker can be ON at a time due to a mechanical interlock.

120V, 20A charge port3855 viewsAs you can see, it has the sideways prong to only allow a 20A rated cord to plug into it.
I'll carry an adapter for those times I need to plug into a 15A or less outlet.
