Flywheel adapter - oops, hole too big2167 viewsWe didn't read the caliper quite correctly, and accidentally bored the mounting hole for the pilot bearing a bit too big. (20 thousandths or so)
So we brazed in some metal and had to re-do that hole.

Breaker Box w/mechanical interlock6028 viewsThis is the breaker box that is mounted on the truck. It has a 240V, 50A GFCI breaker, and a 20A 120V (dual) breaker.
Each breaker enables one of the charge ports. Only 1 can be "on" at a time due to the rather simple mechanical interlock.

Motor wiring, Series4897 viewsAfter discussing things with several people, I decided to wire the motors in series.
This is because I have a fairly hi voltage page, and should be able to get enough RPM's even with the motors in series.
Also gives much better torque.

All under-truck cables are in some kind of conduit, or have a shield between them and the ground.
